The box forming machine for specific dimensions is designed to pack different types of products of various dimensions, such as doors, furniture and any other type of medium to large size product. It allows the product to be packed in a very short period of time and with excellent finishes that guarantee its correct protection.
It is composed of different modules, each of them adapted to the needs of our client. At the same time, it is possible to implant robots in the line for the loading and palletizing operations. One of its main advantages is the ability to automatically regulate all axes to pack products of different width, height and length.
It is operated in a simple way, starting from the cardboard in a fanfold format, it advances through the cutter where the template is generated, which is then dragged to the packaging area. Once it is in position, the robot places the product over the template and proceeds with the packing and gluing operation, and once closed, it is extracted to the data printing and exit of the packaging area, where we have the option of installing a palletizing robot.
